The only real difference between Worker bees and Queen bees is that queens are fed exclusively on Royal Jelly. We can remain"workers" in the church forever, busily shunting things around, because we only feed on the Bible 
as a series of dos and donts. The Bible IS written by the Holy Spirit in its own code which says that Jesus is the fulfiller of the Law in us. Those that "hear" in this way are eating the ROYAL JELLY and become big time reproducers like the Queen bee.
