I decided not to have the surgery, but to trust God for my healing. I left the hospital and for the next couple weeks I had severe pain. When the pain would act up i would speak to my colon and tell it to line up with the word of God, that said I was healed. I spoke to the pain and commanded it to leave my body in Jesus name. I knew that faith was the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence unseen. So I wouldn't let what I felt move me. Was it easy? No, but it was worth it. After two weeks every symptom of that disease was gone.
From that time on, I knew God could and would heal anything. I also knew he had given us authority over sickness and disease in his name. Years later, the doctors told me my son would be dead by morning. As soon as I heard these words, this just flung out of my mouth, "He shall not die, but he shall live, and declare the works of the Lord." I know, now, that happened because I had been feeding on the word of God. The bible says whatever is the fullest in your mind will, (in the greek) fling out of your mouth, and will decide your future...what will happen in your life. If I had been feeding mainly on movies, God only knows what I might have said.

But those words came out in faith. It wasn't because I was super spiritual...it was because i spent alot of time in the bible, feeding on the good news. Healing, deliverances, protection, provision, etc. My son did live, and he grew up to be a preacher and to declare the works of the Lord.. Thank God!
I had an older sister, who was diagnosed with Optic Neuritis. She couldn't even see to change her baby's diaper. But we knew, by then, that it was God's will for us to be whole, and healthy. We laid our hands on her eyes and commanded Optic Neuritis to leave. It did. The specialist knew she had been healed, but he wanted her to keep appointments for awhile to be sure. She just told him she was healed, forever of that disease, and wouldn't be needing his services any longer.
My husband had been running around ...480 blood sugar level Diabetes. Now, he had never really took authority over any sickness before, but this time he decided he didn't want to live with Diabetes. It was simple...he spoke to Diabetes, by name, and commanded it to leave in Jesus name. His blood sugar level dropped within a day or two. His sugar level was starting to drop too low, because he was still on medicine. We made a doctor's appointment before he went off the medicine, (some medicines have to be removed gradually..). The doctor and nurse could not believe he was healed, so they had him take his level twice a day, without medicine, for a month. It has been over two months now...and his level is still that of a person without Diabetes. Why? He doesn't have it anymore, praise God! The doctor just keeps saying he doesn't understand. We do. Why are some healed, and some people aren't healed? I don't have all the answers, but i do know if we spend time in the bible, our faith rises and we are able to believe.
If you go to a church that doesn't teach healing, you won't see people healed in that church. "As he was teaching, the power of God was present to heal." This scripture was talking about Jesus. But it also pertains to any church. If the pastor preaches on healing, the power of God will be present to heal.
Sometimes, after a person is healed, that same thing will try to come back. It is no big deal...you just tell it you are not falling for it again, and to be gone in Jesus name. If we only realized we have the same Spirit of God in us, that was in Jesus. We have been given authority over all the power of the enemy...if we don't know this, the devil can run over us.
If you go to a church that doesn't teach healing, you won't see people healed in that church.
If you don't believe sickness is from the devil, think about all the times Jesus rebuked spirits of disease and infirmity. He said the woman who was bowed over has been bound by satan all those years. Sometimes sickness is just a result of living in this world. Whatever is behind it, we have authority over it. Some churches won't teach on healing because they are afraid if they try it, it may not work for everyone. I think it is better to practice our faith, than to sit on it. If we make a few mistakes along the way, or if someone's faith doesn't receive, do we throw out the promises of healing? No, we keep at it , just like Jesus did. Remember, in the one city, he couldn't do many mighty works? Notice, it didn't say he wouldn't, it says he couldn't. Why? The bible says it was because of their unbelief. So if Jesus went through this, just arm yourself to the fact that it may happen...someone just may not believe. But there will be many who will come from far and near to be healed, just like in the days of Jesus. A huge part of his ministry was healing.
A lot of churches are neglecting their people's needs. I could go on and on and on, with healing testimonies. I have seen so many, and one of them is my daughter. She had a disease that was destroying all of her internal organs. From a young girl, until last year, she had undergone 17 surgeries and just got worse...kind of like the woman with the issue of blood. That woman had spent all she had on doctors, but just got worse. My daughter is a walking miracle. She is healed. Thank God! One other thing she had been suffering with, was a bulging disk in her neck. It had been very painful. When my daughter decided to receive her healing, she included the disk. She was healed immediately, except for the disk. The pain tried to hold on....but she would just speak to the pain, in Jesus name, and tell it to leave, because it had no right to be in a healed body. This was last year...she is totally healed! I believe God wants everyone well. He is not a respecter of persons. It has nothing to do with how good we are...it is free. All we have to do is receive it. If you need to be healed, get into the bible and spend time on all the healing scriptures, and the stories of all those who were healed. Most of the time Jesus said, "As your faith is, so be it unto you." Every person has been given the measure of faith, but this world has so many things to get caught up with. To keep our faith working, we have to keep our minds renewed with God's word. I hope this may have helped someone who needs to be healed. Don't be afraid.;.only believe.
I think it is better to practice our faith, than to sit on it.

Walking in divine health, is when we don't keep having to get healed, over and over...it is a place where we remain healed. When a symptom comes knocking at our door, we just take our authority and command it to leave, before it can take a foothold in our bodies. Divine health...I like that! Thank you Lord!

Chris, this is just a little advice out of love. Try the spirits whether they be of God. Always see what the Holy Spirit did in the New Testament. If something seems too wierd or bizarre or if it doesn't edify the church...beware. There are evil spirits that mimic God's Spirit. I love the move of the Holy Spirit...I have seen many healings and joy. I have also seen very bizarre things that were evil spirits. You will know...if you know God's word. Anything that goes off far to the right or left...be careful. I believe God is using you and you have a desire for the move of God. Whenever the bible is put away for the move of the Spirit only...you have a problem. Healing follows the preaching of the word. Praying for God's will and wisdom for your church...and praying you will see many many healings! God bless you Chris...i know he will! One more thing...get your truth from God alone. It is good having teachers, but it is absolutely necessary for you to receive your own revelations from God alone. I found this out, years ago, when i was following a minister's teaching. After I started really seeking to know God and truth, the Lord opened my eyes to things that were totally opposite to what that minister was teaching. He has good plans for you..

is a bit fed up that so many friends and people around are battling with the destructive disease of cancer. I HATE cancer - God when are we going to see some miracles in this area! Psalm 103 says he heals of us of ALL our diseases - that includes cancer.

Chris Welch John G Lake's background were that 5, yes 5, members of his own family died right around him, and the same was about to happen with his wife....and he said to this fatalist Methodist vicar.....NO! Andre Rabe provided 2 different YouTube links as examples of two different angles, one by Bill Johnson, and one by Ryan Rhoades. This material is below with a transcript of some of Bill's words.
This is extremely relevant because I am in such a church. That is to say Havant wouldn't even receive some of Paul and Fran Noble's teaching on healing derived largely from Andrew Wommack, 6 or 7 years ago, and Paul felt frozen out in that endearing way that Havant do things. I also have experienced the same thing, so I am starting to see clearly how they do it. But, with Havant, things are not necessarily terminal, they just like going at their own sweet pace and eventually they tag along. They were exactly the same with praise and worship, refusing to tread the path that Emsworth were pioneering at the time 30 years ago. It may just be that Havant church just has the character of some of the tribes of Israel, they like to see Judah go ahead, and several years later, if it appears safe, they eventually go the same way. This was actually what the tribes returning to Israel from captivity were like. Not everybody came in the first wave. For me, I find this way of operating scary, because I am too aware of Kadesh Barnea moments, when God closes the door to one generation and we wait another 40 years to do what we could have done after only 11 days journey! (The time it really takes to cross the desert from Egypt to Israel...as written in the Bible). I don't like halfhearted, nicey,nicey, when we feel like it obedience. It can be the sweet smiley face of strong-willed rebellion.
But nevertheless, I'm not altogether with Andre,Francois Du Toit,Nancy Gilmore and many others in discounting impartation although, without exception it freaks me out how woolly some of these "impartation situations" are. What I think we're heading for is a people who know they are anointed, but that anointing comes from the Son who is living in them as them. Sadly the "imparting" generation of Morris Cerullo, Bill Johnson, Che Ahn are so so so so woolly in their theology, and I can understand it driving Ryan Rhoades and Andre Rabe nuts.
But blog readers should be aware of this.
1/Rheinhard Bonnke was doing some London visiting on his way home with no other thought when he came across George Jeffreys Revivalist plaque on his London home. Rheinhard had no idea the guy was still alive and certainly did not expect the frail sick ailing man to pray one last prayer. Well it was a bit more than that. It involved every last strength of this man's body, imparting the Holy Spirit in revival power to the young Rheinhard. Yes Jesus could have done it direct. Yes, the anointing that Jesus has rested already in Rheinhard's spirit...but this is what happened and Rheinhard returned to Germany. He was hardly back and he learned of the death of George Jeffrey, almost like God had told him to hang on for this Melchizedek rendez vous.
2/The next example is Barbara Rogerson who at the time I knew her was virtually anti healing and all for"Christ as me in my form"...well you can read what happened to her in this blogpost.
3/Finally you should know, what you are reading here, namely my blog, only really materialised in this form just weeks after Rheinhard Bonnke prayed for me in London, as he anointed all 2000 of us in the hall. The material here would freak his generation out....but nevertheless, he , you could say, has had a hand (literally speaking) in what you're reading.
So...no....I don't agree about all the negative that is said about impartation. But if you get loads of people who still walk in the independent self delusion, trotting around "imparting"....guess what spirit they will be imparting? So...yup...I can really understand people getting freaked out by what is going on.
This blog is a new generation of material. It is Spirit and Life. It is Word and Spirit. It is Spirit underlined by Word. But it is Word that needs underlining by Spirit. That means if there is real stuff going on here, signs will follow after the content of this blog...even if at first it is only personal growth, and greater clarity of vision. If not, this project is a waste of both our times.

700 Club: You say it’s happening all the time. If somebody’s watching just now what would you say to them? How can they have what you have?
BJ: You’ve got to passionately pursue God in the secret place. You have to have PRIVATE VICTORIES....so you can have PUBLIC VICTORIES. You have to have private times of triumph so that it gets displayed publicly. David fought the lion and the bear when no one was watching and God was able to trust him to kill Goliath when everyone was watching.So you’ve got to have those private times, in public you take a risk. But also it’s a big deal to associate yourself with people who are getting breakthrough....because there is something transferable in that environment. If you want to learn how to kill giants, hang around with a giant killer. Because the other giants that were killed in the Bible were all men that worked with David. Going on trips with Randy Clark to Brazil where miracles happen in their thousand, starts doing things to your mindset. You know your mind is being renewed when the impossible looks logical. Some people get upset when folk go to lots of healing conferences and tell them we’re not supposed to follow miracles. Well I tell folk, follow miracles until they follow you. Until they effect how you do life.
700: How do you become anchored in that?
BJ : When you live with no options. You don’t have plan B. You see I live in debt...I am obligated to bring fruit of the impossible to God. He has put the Spirit of the living Christ who raised Jesus from the dead in me...and He expects us to conquer something. When you have no other option than to pleas Him, then miracles are normal.

We chose “Revival or Riots” as the name of our “ministry” based on Acts 17:6 — “…these who have turned the world upside down have come here as well!” There were two things that happened when Jesus and His early followers preached His Word with the accompanying Power of God—revival, or riots. Sometimes both!
We feel that there is something drastically missing in the church today–and much of that comes from a lack of understanding who we really are in Christ and the Power that is resident and alive within us just waiting to be released through acts of faith in Jesus and the Power of His great Name!

The Two Generations
What this post has turned up is the reality of the two generations that are currently at large in the church. Both spiritual.
You remember that I have previously highlighted Psalm 45:16
In place of your fathers will be your sons;
You shall make them princes in all the earth.
I've had more light also on an a capella song I was given when I recorded my double CD Early Harvest in 1990.
I will share what I have seen, then share the short track.
The Bible says Before the Day of the Lord Comes he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children. Malachi 4:6, and in Luke 1 :17
And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous--to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."(John the Baptist's call)
It also says in Ephesians Chapter 3
For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
There is a dynamic tension in tuning the 12 strings of a piano, or more precisely, exactly detuning each of the 12 strings so they play in every key. Apart from Octaves, everything else on a piano is tuned so that it is just "out". Too much out, and people will wince, too much "in", and when you come to play in certain keys people will also wince.
There is a tension in the work of God, in the doctrines of God, in people's personalities, that is there in the Holy Spirit, but as every really good gathering of the saints shows, God Himself fills in the gaps and smoothes over the seeming incompatibilities.He joins our dots.
Until this last century , men had pretty much everything their own way. Women and children were subjugated to them. And this seemed to work fine as long as women and children did exactly that.
However, God's plan was never supporting this.
God's heart is more along the lines of this phrase:
....Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.Ephesians 4:16
God never planned for women not to function fully
God never planned for children not to function fully
God never planned for every single member of the Body of Christ regardless of maturity not to function fully
Part of the sickness we inherited at the fall was fatherlessness. This means both absenteeism. But also where Fathers do not function as "enabling figures to others."
Part of the "Fathers Blessing" which a lot of people erroneously named the Toronto Blessing was to quicken the reality of Ephesians 3 :14 the name/character and function of father is the Blueprint of how heaven runs. We are connected to God the Father. Every family derives its form from this blueprint.
A ripped, torn up blueprint, shatters the internal image, the internal identity of the family individually and as a unit.Paul Anderson Walsh said about this subject..."That's all there is...connection." There are conditions like Aspergers which make this very difficult, but as Daniel Yordy's recent videos show, God even overrides this.
What goes wrong first is connection.
What went wrong in Genesis 3 was a spirit to spirit connection was broken.
Had to walk out of a job this week, not in an acrimonious way, just a simple mutual acknowledgement that though I've moved pianos for 30 years with just me doing the lifting, the particular ladies unbelief that I could do it ,would be dangerous for the job, so a connection had been broken, and I had to withdraw.Outwardly you see nothing at first, but inwardly you know pretty precisely when the connection breaks down.
Churches do not need more power and anointing. They need to "see" the full extent of the supply of the Father through all the channels in their midst.
Christ is in each member as each member. The Kingdom of God is here now. Even in our mouth.
But if we live the Life of God which has always had a Cross in it since before the foundation of the world, then sons will be turned to fathers and fathers to sons.
Notice Psalm 45:16 comes immediately before 17 :
I will cause Your name to be remembered in all generations;
Therefore the peoples will give You thanks forever and ever.There is great ongoing dividend if we follow the Spirit pattern. Here are some more:
The Luke verse adds
to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
The Ephesians passage goes straight onto

Now Havant and most charismatic churches are always asking the Lord for more power and more anointing, when all along these passages describe where the flow already is. Churches do not need more power and anointing. They need to "see" the full extent of the supply of the Father through all the channels in their midst.
Christ is in each member as each member. The Kingdom of God is here now. Even in our mouth.
Like an electrical circuit board with all sorts of gaps, and shortcircuiting pieces, the power is there in the church now, but each part does not do its work. Or if it does what it thinks is its work, it's some kind of "works" activity which refuses to acknowledge the finished work of God and seeks to add:
If I can just pray for 2 hours, if I can just fast more, if i can just worship more, if I can just read more Bible pages....... What is the work of God? That we believe on the Son of God whom the Father has sent. Where is this Son who the Father has sent now? At the righthand of God, but also indwelling us by the Spirit. This is the work of God , believing it.
So there is this dynamic tension between sons and fathers, even in the church, which the Holy Spirit alone holds together to form a vibrant community.
