A Dad's role

This is quite a separate article but brushes upon the same subject....the Dad's Role.

An Open Letter to the Dad Looking at Porn

SOURCE

Dear Dad,

I want to let you know first of all that I love you and forgive you for what this has done in my life. I also wanted to let you know exactly what your porn use has done to my life. You may think that this effects only you, or even your and mom’s relationships. But it has had a profound impact on me and all of my siblings as well.

I found your porn on the computer somewhere around the age of 12 or so, just when I was starting to become a young woman. First of all, it seemed very hypocritical to me that you were trying to teach me the value of what to let into my mind in terms of movies, yet here you were entertaining your mind with this junk on a regular basis. Your talks to me about being careful with what I watched meant virtually nothing.

Because of pornography, I was aware that mom was not the only woman you were looking at. I became acutely aware of your wandering eye when we were out and about. This taught me that all men have a wandering eye and can’t be trusted. I learned to distrust and even dislike men for the way they perceived women in this way.

As far as modesty goes, you tried to talk with me about how my dress affects those around me and how I should value myself for what I am on the inside. Your actions however told me that I would only ever truly be beautiful and accepted if I looked like the women on magazine covers or in porn. Your talks with me meant nothing and in fact, just made me angry.

As I grew older, I only had this message reinforced by the culture we live in. That beauty is something that can only be achieved if you look like “them”. I also learned to trust you less and less as what you told me didn’t line up with what you did. I wondered more and more if I would ever find a man who would accept me and love me for me and not just a pretty face.

When I had friends over, I wondered how you perceived them. Did you see them as my friends, or did you see them as a pretty face in one of your fantasies? No girl should ever have to wonder that about the man who is supposed to be protecting her and other women in her life.

I did meet a man. One of the first things I asked him about was his struggle with pornography. I’m thankful to God that it is something that hasn’t had a grip on his life. We still have had struggles because of the deep-rooted distrust in my heart for men. Yes, your porn watching has affected my relationship with my husband years later.

If I could tell you one thing, it would be this: Porn didn’t just affect your life; it affected everyone around you in ways I don’t think you can ever realize. It still affects me to this day as I realize the hold that it has on our society. I dread the day when I have to talk with my sweet little boy about pornography and its far-reaching greedy hands. When I tell him about how pornography, like most sins, affects far more than just us.

Like, I said, I have forgiven you. I am so thankful for the work that God has done in my life in this area. It is an area that I still struggle with from time to time, but I am thankful for God’s grace and also my husband’s. I do pray that you are past this and that the many men who struggle with this will have their eyes opened.

Daniel versus Chris a year on.

For those interested/empathetic/hearing the beating heart of the Body which is Jesus have a look at 2 emails at 180 degrees and see if you can see what is going on?  I suppose unless you have genuine discernment I don't really want to hear from people who haven't lived quite extensively and seriously in covenant community, what God calls church but man calls too much....but those saints who have can reasonably sense things.
We were all 12-25 of us using a Facebook private Thread system based on a private message shared between a group.  One basic unspoken rule of New Covenant life is....if you have a problem with someone and most of us do...sometimes rightly sometimes wrongly....you don't behave like the devil does and just walk off. maybe you say your piece and walk off....but just walking off when we are members of one another is in human body terms......certifiable...akin to cutting yourself....it's psychiatric material.

In highlighting this basic precept that we(a different we) had learned in Amersham , Emsworth and Havant....people all left.It was like a frightened rabbit thing....and everyone bolted.  Then wishing to get the bottom of it all I sent a message on the same Facebook system, because it wasn't a public status issue....but ofcourse I was not thinking this would appear like locking people into something they wanted no part of.  So that was weird. To have your good buddy (Daniel) accuse you of cult leader issues. I can understand it from their reverse angle, because of the way PM private message threads work....but that took some working out...because it wasn't in my heart.

So if you want to relate to me long term heart to heart....all you have to be aware of having done years of this stuff the right way.....( and yes...I was the teenager who slammed doors on well intentioned folk and walked out or rather stomped out)....is that we discuss issues then if not resolved we go our separate ways until such time as the Holy Spirit has made us into a viable working unit.  But we DON'T DO what so called mature ministries do(not Daniel here but the others I was flagging up)  and after 40 years as pastors accuse me of manipulations without grounding or explanation and walk out saying nothing. That's not how the Body works.
This is what I addressed.
Everybody left.....and  you now understand why I put on the Timeline...believing Galatians 2:20 in Genesis 15 context. As we experienced in real church life, we fully expect to have our lives split open like carcasses but have the hovering burning torch of the Holy Spirit pass between all...revealing, healing, empowering and covering. It's not a nice cosy place but by the nature of Psalm 91....actually it's the SAFEST PLACE ON EARTH.

I can hear various members now in my spirit saying....Oh Chris, that was a year ago....move on.
Do you know something? Jesus hasn't moved on. Because this was Christ me stuff...not pique stuff. This was Jesus addressing His Body about how we build in the Body. If it was just personal I am not sure I have a strong enough feeling of self worth to make an issue.....because generally in life we just pick ourselves up and move on.  But like Kadesh Barnea....you can't just move on. God didn't allow it then. He insisted.  You do it the right way, in My timing....or your generation die off until the next obedient generation come through.

More specifically still i am getting more light on explaining how Chris Welch seems to operate in the Spirit. And it is as much news to me as anyone else. If you honestly examine all the tiny issues of your life I am sure you will be aware suddenly of all the recurring patterns which are normal to "your species" of ONE...but that don't necessarily tie in with the PC behaviour prescribed by Brussels or Washington or wherever.
Think of the lady who consistently has babies1 week late. Well, they clearly aren't late then are they?
I posted an image the other day of 4 boxes describing the main inner positions that people operate from, and this relates to my Spirit Rottweiler approach which alarms everybody...including me...but because it is absolutely consistent  and proved time and time again to be accurate....I am not bending to other people's PCdom. This is Christ Chris in this specific area when given unction to do so....and He is not changing because that is how he was made before the earth began. There isn't another blueprint....and it isn't "flesh" life any more than that lady is a malfunction with her babies arriving 9months and one week.

Daniel Yordy writes

Chris,

I don't read your posts; I had not read this until now because I cannot
trust you. You have broken by your actions any trust I may once have
extended towards you.

I read only a ways into this before I stopped reading.

You see, Chris, I have not been able to give up on you. Thus I have
continued carrying you before the Lord in my heart.

Through all this, there seems to me to be a blindness upon your own heart
that you cannot see your own reprehensible and ugodly actions against
others, including against myself. I say that straight, not as an
accusation, but in the hopes that you can see how kind and good people
weep over your words. Though I did not read your comments on my post, many
wrote to me in tears over your words.

We cannot walk with you, Chris, because in our own perception, it seems to
us that you will not walk with us.

I left the thread in the joy of Christ as me, yet you have turned that
into something religious on your part and on mine. This email makes me
angry, Chris, because so much in it is not true. You do not know because
you refuse to ask, though I have pleaded with you to do so.

God orders your steps; God closed down the thread.

I left the thread because I saw in your words and in Rich's words every
sign of religious-cult building for which I, as you re-iterate here, "left
the move." When you re-started the thread, forcing us back in against our
wills, you were moving in religious manipulation and control, practices I
cannot condone let alone participate in. Saying, "God told me to force you
back in" is simply awful, something the brethren in the move learned the
hard way never to think or say or do. The statements of those who left the
thread the second time, as they left, were God speaking directly to you.
The fact that you did not come to sorrow as a result of such godly and
dear people speaking such things is beyond me.

Listen, I know this stuff and I abhor it. What we need from you, my dear
brother, is not more and more endless explanations about how you "see"
what we don't see. What we need from you is honest words from an honest
heart facing up to your public accusations leveled against others and
expressing sorrow over the devastation you have wrecked against your
brethren.

I'm sorry, Chris, but your contention here that "our actions" (say what?
leaving a Facebook Thread?????) caused you the same levels of grief that I
knew through years of trying to live under ministries in the move doing
exactly what you are doing here, your contention just bamfoozles me. Yet
those same people, for the most part, learned that God is something
entirely different than treating people with disrespect.

No one I know of has spoken against you as you have spoken publicly
against us. I will not walk with anyone who speaks accusation against
others, especially publicly. I removed you from my FB feed when I read you
and others speaking evil of Joel Osteen. I will not be tied to such
conduct. It is reprehensible and intolerable to me.

When God takes away your work, what is your reaction? A ministry of the
third feast will justify God, blame no one, give thanks, and speak only
blessing and goodness to others. When you are ready to be such a ministry,
I welcome further communication from you.

I have stated from the beginning that I will not walk with those who do
not bless people in their leaving MORE than in their coming. That is
entirely the difference between a religious cult and Christ. Your comments
continuing here about Nancy and Ole are abhorrent to me, as I have made
clear all the way through my letters. Yes, I wrote "Two Women or One"
pleading with you, my dear brother, hoping with all expectation that the
Spirit of God would use those words to turn your heart away from that
practice of "ministry" that I will not walk with.

I respond in this way, Chris, because in this circumstance where your own
actions have caused such hurt and grief in the hearts of many, you
continue to justify yourself and blame others for wrecking "the great work
of God through you" on FB.

I entreated you with all care and respect in my previous two emails to
you. Your final reply left me so very sad inside, but not as sad as these
words at the beginning of this email.

You see, in this bit here, you present me as the "poor foolish brother,"
and yourself as the one who sees out from the throne room. Yet at no time
have I read the words, "I am so sorry, Daniel, please forgive me, I was so
wrong. I don't know what I was thinking."

When you can write those words to me with NO explanation of self, then I
will know that you are someone I could walk together with.  A person who
cannot say and mean, "I am so sorry; I was so wrong, please forgive me"
cannot be inside any place where I will live.

I am not offended, I am not "muttering." Please, stop saying those things
about other people. Those comments are part and parcel of "how to build
your own religious cult."

I did not leave FB. Your actions have forced me into the condition of
Jesus, "He opened not His mouth." You seem unable to hear gentle entreaty.
The only other option is a strong email such as this that bears far to
much the tone of "accusation" than I would speak.

If I did not "believe in you," I would not write this email.

I am unable to have any further relationship with you until I see the
words "I am so sorry" in the subject line, with the very short email in
the same vein and without any more explanations of things that are totally
irrelevant. More than that, as you have spoken against many publicly, I
would expect a public apology to all asking for forgiveness.

I know all about people with anointed gifts. I know all about third feast
anointings and "discernment." Yet I have seen underneath of that in so
many, many, a heart that will reject God's scourging Hand and strike out
to blame other people for what God Himself has done. In the end, all the
spiritual gifts and perceptions are simply worthless.

I do not ask of you anything that I have not already done myself in the
Christ Our Life posts.  Yet, until I see such a quality in you, I cannot
take you seriously as a ministry of the third feast.

Blessings, Daniel

My reply
Chris writes:

Daniel,I can see others being upset when they felt themselves forced into a thread.
I wasn't thinking of it as another thread...though you are right ofcourse, the Facebook machinery makes it into one.
I was simply replying what was on my heart.
My this has escalated.
All I can do is reply simply in the Spirit that the type of relating espoused by the Stradwicks, Ole and then later Nancy showed me we are in something different. In Emsworth we pressed through on things in the context of worship and finding God.
That's the point I raised. If I said things about Joel Osteen and other believers...particularly the Union Move, then it'll be in this context.
It's unfortunate with Aspergers because the incredible pressure you were already under in your coursework means we shall never know unless God does the "playback "in the Spirit for us...how much your departure was just inocuous, and how much "evading" what is currently going on. In the life in the Body it becomes clear over a period...because if we evade things the first time round, they have a habit of coming round again. I know I felt to address you very strongly on it in that moment. I have no idea how much this is an endemic thing in you...or just a thing for when I wrote it.

In my Spirit environment we speak against that which is not Christ going on, and we hopefully take it down, dismantle it before it has done too much damage. Sometimes our failure doesn't always reveal what would have happened if we had not at least tried. Because when the troubles happen  people are already at least one step nearer in flagging up the real problem.
I believe this was so with Bonhoeffer's stand(in the Lutheran church against Hitler)....but the general voice of history would say his was a futile stand as no one appeared to listen.

I hold everyone in high regard. And especially you. I honestly don't think I 've ever read yet anyone who has clearly explained so much of what Christ is about here in our world.  It doesn't daunt me either that Annalize didn't get what I said to her angrily.
Perhaps it will come back to her later. For me it's just the same Jesus who looked at the disciples at one point in utter frustration and said " O ye of little faith, How long will I be with such a generation?" Well i can't say the same about any of you because you have much faith.  But what Annalise heard was a flesh condemnation as though she wasn't doing anything in Stamford.
What I said by the Spirit was very like Jesus with the man talking about fulfilling the law.
Annalise has a wonderful heart, reading and reading, and doing amazing things in Stamford. But what God was saying was if she is to see the "more" that she seeks, He is asking her to engage with Stamford at a level of authority that she is not doing currently. I as an outsider can't tell what that will look like....but it may not involve "doing " anything in Stamford at all.I don't think Rees Howells "DID MUCH" in Britain...but that didn't annul his bringing down of the three dictators by word of faith.

And this is the Spirit I speak to all in. It's not out of pique. It's addressing the Tree of Good. The veneers. The onion layers which are strongholds for us, covering who we really are and what God is really doing.

The devil can frame me with "you said such and such"...and to that I will say...If I said that in such and such a spirit ofcourse I would want to beg forgiveness. But there is escalation here. The points I have made are very simple. And not one has addressed them.
This is my walk as with all of you. Christ as me. Certainly while you receive me as an ogre of Buddy Cobb proportions and apparently greater ...well...our walk together in a meaningful way  began breaking down when you nolonger received me in Christ. And I assure you it is Christ...and He is in man's terms a eunuch who simply doesn't Lord it over. Ofcourse I walk away as I have for 40 years to move onto the next Melchizedek connection. Hopefully it will be a local 3D one and not so hampered by leftbrain restrictions of writing online. If you are genuinely walking in the same order we will again meet. But I am betting the beauty of this relationship on Jesus taking you through a course on rebuking in the Spirit first.

The Cross In The Crossfire - Sister Joela Krueger

This is by Joela Krueger of the sisters of Mary, Darmstadt,Germany
Few people dared to swim against the tide in Hitler's Germany. Most were simply swept along. Several million church members were deceived, blinded and led astray. Is this alarm bell from recent history shrill enough to rouse us from our indifference? Paradoxically, the sheer horrors of the Third Reich serve to dull its sound.
Yet latent in each of us lies such potential for blindness and deception that neither education, strength of character, nor even living in a Christian culture can guarantee us immunity. In all likelihood we will soon face a time of even greater testing. Will we heed the warning?
Jesus recognizes the true extent of the danger. He sees how easily we are led astray. When the disciples asked him what signs would precede the coming of his kingdom, he did not give them a time frame or a checklist of coming events. He challenged them: "Watch out that no-one deceives
you!" (Matthew 24:4)-
Blinded by over—confidence
Jesus knows our weakness. He also knows the strategies of the one he referred to as the prince of this world, a murderer and a liar from thebeginning. Typically, this murderer clothes his lies in impressive language, camouflaging his strategies with a show of good intention. Christian vocabulary and the Christian concept of loving one's neighbour suit his purposes perfectly.
As believers, we do not generally consider ourselves susceptible to deception – and that is what makes us so vulnerable. Living the lie of self-deception, we are easy prey for deception from other sources. We have all the right answers, mentally distinguishing between Bible passages to be taken literally and those we consider outdated or figurative in the light of contemporary scholarship. We take particular care to avoid anything that could smack of fundamentalism.
What would Jesus' perspective be? In John 9:41 he says, "If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains" Do we want to face our blindness and be healed of it? The choice is ours.
Truth — the best protection
The only effective safeguard is love for the truth, as we see in 2 Thessalonians 2:10. Our natural bent towards self-deception will be corrected as we dare to face reality. Each new painful revelation drives us to the cross, whether it concerns ourself or our family, our church or our fellowship, our home town or our country. Only at the cross can the truth be transformed into grace. An increased sensitivity to the truth enables us to see through the thickening fog of deception around us, as we come into closer unity with the King of Truth.
Jesus said, "Everyone on the side of truth listens to me" (John 18:37). Our ability to hear his voice depends on our love of the truth.
Atoning sacrifice or misconception?
With his education, Paul could have taught on a number of themes, yet he "resolved to know nothing ... except Jesus Christ and him crucified"
(1 Corinthians 9-:2). Although he wrote a stirring
chapter on the significance of the resurrection, his real passion and the focus of his teaching was the cross. Considering the high intellectual standards of his readers in the church at Corinth, this was expecting a lot, even then. Things haven't changed. 1 Corinthians 1:18-19 could have been written today: "The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written [Isaiah 29:141: '1 will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate'
Whether it fits our mindset or not, the fact remains that God in his wisdom took the stone that the master builders had rejected and set it in place as the cornerstone (Psalm 118:22).
The past two centuries have seen many able minds, in theological faculties and elsewhere, wrestling with this "foolishness" Even in mainstream denominations there is a growing trend to question whether the crucifixion can be seen as an atoning sacrifice, or at least to minimize the offence of such a concept.
Prominent clergy have recently made some startling statements. "I believe in the forgiveness of
sin, but I do not believe that Jesus died for our sin"' – "Jesus did not need to die for God to be reconciled with us and to forgive us. In fact this assumption constitutes one of the greatest misconceptions in the history of Christianity." 2 And a leading churchman remarked, "Many people find the idea that God requires a blood sacrifice for our reconciliation off-putting. It confuses their concept of God" I
An official statement by the Protestant Church of Hesse and Nassau also took the line that there is no need for the "metaphor of an atoning sacrifice" in order to explain the significance for salvation of Jesus' death. Contemporary theology could, however, still accommodate this theological concept .4
From a human point of view, all this is understandable. Surely we should welcome any attempt, after 2000 years, to do something about "the greatest misconception in the history of Christianity"? Yet in other parts of the world 200 million Christians are willing to suffer for this "misconception" Each year between go,000 and 175,000 Christians go to their deaths because Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross mean more to them than their own lives, whereas we Western Christians are counted among the blind for whom Jesus is often worth little more than "thirty pieces of silver".
Conformity or renewal?
Why don't we pray in earnest for a renewal of our first love for Jesus so that we can share the spirit of the martyrs from our own churches? One of these was Pastor Ludwig Steil, who died in Dachau on
17 January 1945. Beginning theological studies as a young man of twenty, he wrote, "It is my daily prayer that I will not only speak of God and act 'by virtue of my office as an ordained servant of the Church, but also preach by the Spirit of God and serve in the strength of his authority." Later he wrote, "Christianity has inoculated so many Christians against Christ. Hiding behind traditions, outward forms and rites, they shield themselves from his demands" As early as 1938, Steil was implicated in criminal proceedings on five separate counts arising from his comments concerning the anti-Christian dictatorship. When things were getting really tough his wife expressed her support with the remark, "If they do come for you, at least we know that the Church's main sin has been keeping quiet when it ought to be speaking out"
As long as Jesus is perceived merely as an example, or as a great teacher or prophet, we will see neither changed lives nor controversy. The offence comes with Jesus, God's Son, dying a criminal's death on the cross. "For God was pleased ... through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross" (Colossians 1:19-20). If we are not prepared to accept that Jesus is the Son of God who died in our place as a sacrifice for sin, the crucifixion simply becomes a brutal act of violence and oppression. Many Muslims see it this way. The belief that God has a son and that his son was crucified is blasphemous and abhorrent to them. In the light of this it doesn't take much theological training to work out that Allah cannot be the father of Jesus Christ. Is the cross becoming an undesirable symbol even in Christian circles? Certainly the image of the crucified Lord seems to be more than our present generation can stomach — once again he is "one from whom people hide their faces" (Isaiah 53:3). Yet for all who have come to know Jesus personally and experienced his transforming power, the cross becomes the focal point of their lives. As we turn our eyes on our crucified Lord and consider the price he paid to redeem us, the cross becomes our source of strength in this life and comfort at the approach of death.
Obstacle to unity?
The cross is the symbol of our salvation but also of the uniqueness of Jesus Christ. It is this claim to uniqueness that is the stumbling block on the path to a unified world religion: a stumbling block that can never be removed. The interfaith movement will ultimately see Jesus Christ crucified as a hindrance to unity and world peace: the offence of the cross will somehow have to be side-stepped.
Legitimate efforts to work together towards global peace can involve dialogue between religions. But when interfaith prayer is included, our natural desire for peace and harmony with all people of goodwill becomes the focus. Peace with God takes second place. A compromised interpretation of the cross of Jesus is the price paid for a broader basis of mutual understanding. It is here that today's open-mindedness and tolerance turn narrow and intolerant. The tipping point comes when Christians put their faith first and refuse to deviate from the truth of the Gospel.
Marcel Rebiai, founder and leader of the Community of Reconciliation, has worked among Jews, Muslims and Christians for the last twenty years. He knows what he is talking about when he says, "I am willing to sit down and listen to anyone who wants to share their faith and convictions with me on condition that I too can present the Gospel of my crucified Lord without toning it down. "
If there is to be genuine unity among Christians, our crucified Lord must remain the centre of our faith and our lives. This is how the old barriers of mistrust and suspicion will be broken down. The one flock of the one Shepherd will gather at the foot of the cross, joining together in an all-out effort to save others from the darkness of this world. They will work for his kingdom to come and his will to be done.
Among those aiming for unity, the two strands are still difficult to tell apart. But sooner or later it will become evident that they are headed in opposite directions. The unity of true believers will lead to the completion of the Great Commission, and will prepare the world for Jesus' second coming. In contrast, the unity of a global human family is a requirement for the emergence of a World Religion in conjunction with World Government, and will prepare the way for the appearance of the Antichrist. We are entering a crucial phase.

Falling or Rising
Jesus was, is and always will be "destined to cause the falling and rising of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be spoken against" (Luke 2:34). The time has now come when more and more Jews are welcoming him with the words, "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord" (Matthew 23:39). Yet ever since the early days of the Church, attitudes between Christians and Jews who believe in Jesus have been troubled by theological fallacies that have marred relationships. An agreement was reached in Acts 15, but the situation was eventually reversed and the Church taken over by Gentile believers .
In our times, Ecclesia is beginning to see her own blindness. She is beginning to recognize her Jewish roots in the light of Romans ii and to see the Jewish people as her elder, firstborn brother. Jews who have found Jesus as their Messiah are being grafted back into the olive tree as natural branches. This is a process we need to support, playing our part in it as the younger brother. Otherwise the time may come when we are no longer spared and our own branches are cut away from the olive tree. So let us work and pray for this vision of Jewish and Gentile believers growing together. Then God's original purpose will be accomplished, and he will "create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body: reconcile both of them to God through the cross"
(Ephesians 2:15-16, emphasis added).
As we draw nearer to the time of Jesus' second coming, it is his cross that will unite or divide us. How we perceive the cross will determine our
future, and none of us will be able to dodge the issue indefinitely. For each of us personally, there will be a "falling" or a "rising".
The pleasure-seeking lifestyle of our consumer society – avoiding or rebelling against troubles, pressures and unpleasant situations – programmes us for "falling". But by learning to carry our cross we will grow strong as we discover that the Lord is there to help us. "Rising" will be a joyful reality for us here and now in the 21St century. We will know "the cross that lifts up my head ... the joy that seeks me through pain", as the old hymn puts it.
Shifted emphasis
At the same time the cross is being marginalized in more subtle ways. In 1 Corinthians 1: 22-23 we read, "Jews demand miraculous signs and Greeks look for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified:' By nature most of us fall into both categories. We have just described the educated "Greeks". But what is meant by "Jews" looking for miraculous signs?
It's easy to get discouraged because today's Church seems to demonstrate so little of the authority Jesus gave his disciples. Where are his promises? Painfully aware of our powerless Christianity, our helplessness in the face of illness and suffering, we are on the lookout for any sign of God at work. We are enthusiastic when "something happens", when we see proof that Jesus is victorious and reigns supreme. After all, he is no longer on the cross: he is risen and we are on the winning side!

Yes, this is the truth. But when we overemphasize it, focussing on victory to the exclusion of the cross of Jesus – when signs, wonders and fulfilled promises are not balanced by cross-bearing and discipleship – our teaching becomes lopsided. The problem can be rooted in unbalanced exposition of the Bible, or in shallow biblical knowledge. Sometimes outward circumstances are a factor. In our understandable desire to lower the threshold for the "unchurched", we play down anything that could hinder people from receiving the Gospel. But if media and music groups end up visually obscuring the cross, a spiritual shift of emphasis can result.
No neutral ground
Let's face it: there is no battle-free zone. We are undergoing training for the times ahead. We need to grow in strength, alertness and discernment.
Today we are reaping what has been sown. Over the last few decades we have gradually become accustomed to tuning out uncomfortable topics in our outreach. Immorality, adultery and abortion are among the issues avoided for fear of putting off new members. The long term consequence is that sin and hell become taboo subjects.
So far we have been free to opt for such tactics, but increasingly they are being imposed on us. A "gender mainstreaming programme", promoted by the UNO and supported by numerous NGOs (non-governmental organizations), is being enforced – without democratic legitimization – by means of "top-down" strategy. The unclear ter
minology is a deliberate part of the strategy. The aim is to introduce "gender justice", overthrowing established gender roles and opening the possibility of further options. In simpler terms, "gender mainstreaming" means that the differences that by nature distinguish man and woman, father and mother, are now considered negotiable. Gender identity is a matter of personal perception. The ultimate objective is to put same sex partnerships on a par with traditional marriage and families, with the same legal privileges. No matter how tolerant the arguments sound, the hidden agenda is the breakdown of the family unit. The end result will be the breakdown of the nation.
This constitutes a further step towards the legalization of sin. Speaking of sin is on the way to becoming a punishable offence. After all, it involves a value judgment. Anyone daring to use the term could be discriminating against someone else and offending their feelings. The consequence could well be a fine or even prison. This bleak future has already begun.
Hell-fire preaching was yesterday – and that's well and good. But now we are seeing the opposite extreme, for there is no neutral ground. Fun has long since taken the place of fear. Hell is presented as a place of amusement, as entertainment, as "cool". The devil promotes hell – Jesus warned us of it.
Doing away with sin and hell is in fact a triumph for hell. Next on the agenda is the cross. Though it is still accepted as a symbol, its real meaning and the spiritual power it represents are rejected and hated. The time may yet come when anything that reminds us of Jesus' atoning sacrifice will bebanned. Global networking and the increasing potential of monitoring and surveillance systems are already leading us as Christians to a time of decision, if we are serious about our faith. There will be little room for hangers-on.
realize how quickly our strength gives out and we run out of love. This is when we need Jesus. He does not demand the impossible of us, only what he himself won for us at Calvary: suffering love.
Wanted: fireproof Christians
So what can we do to prepare?
If we want to experience the life-transforming power of the crucified Lord, we must start by admitting that we are hopelessly lost and in need of salvation. He can only deal with sin that has been faced up to and brought to him – not "mistakes" that we explain away and excuse. As we ask the Holy Spirit, he will show us where we are blind by nature. He is the Spirit of truth who will lead us into truth and freedom. He transforms timid people-pleasers into strong witnesses for Jesus who will stand firm, refusing to flee from today's endtime battlefield.
Dr. Theo Lehmann, a tried and tested pastor and youth evangelist from East Germany, said of his own experiences, "After spending so many years under a communist regime, it's great to be living in a free, democratic country, not facing discrimination or persecution for my faith in Jesus. But I believe this is just a God-given breathing-space ... We should use this time to get ready for what is ahead, when it won't be 'Cool' to be a Christian, but unsafe. Fireproof Christians will be needed, grounded in the Bible and ready even for labour camp."' It doesn't take much self-knowledge to
Coming from God — returning to God
The apostle John gives us a helpful insight into Jesus' attitude as he began his Passion. Jesus loved his own to the last. He knew that he had come from God and was returning to God. So he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples' feet (see John 13). Here we see Jesus' strong sense of identity, the source of his dignity, power and authority. He knew exactly who he was as he began his Passion. Public humiliation was preceded by a private demonstration of his humility. This is how our own path of suffering will begin. Great deeds have small beginnings: in the family circle, in the work-place ...
Jesus knew where he came from, and so do we. To all who receive him as Lord of their lives, he gives power to become children of God. However difficult some of us may find our personal background, we have been born of God. This is our identity, dignity and unique worth. We belong to the Father!
We know where we come from and we know where we are going. We don't need to worry about the future. Our home is ready and waiting for us. We know our destination – and we are expected! If God's angels rejoice over every sinner who repents, how much more will they rejoice when a pardoned sinner comes home to the Father.
Our path through life is clear, for Jesus said, "I am the way". He has promised that where he is, his servant will also be. He gives us the strength to persevere. For all the grace and blessing we know in his fellowship, he never left us in any doubt that it will be a path of suffering. But no matter how tough things may get, we have the sure promise "that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us"
(Romans 8:18).
We are approaching the final stages of God's plan for this present age, and in his word he has already given us all the help we need to come through in victory. In Revelation 12:7-10 we read of a battle in heaven, with God's opponent graphically described as "the great dragon ... that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray." Then verse 11 follows: "They over- came him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." For us too, these are clear directions.
Threefold power to overcome
We overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus said, "Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them" (John 6:56). For Jesus' followers this is no "hard saying", but a deep mystery. As the branches remain in the vine and the life-sap courses through them, so we too
are sustained by Jesus' sacrifice, not least through Holy Communion. Here we share in the riches of heaven which he won for us.
We overcome by the word of our testimony. This does not mean a testimony that is cheap or vague. It means that we acknowledge a crucified Jesus Christ, that we believe in Holy Scripture in its entirety, taking God's commandments as our standard. Clearly, this could mean loss of employment, harassment, slander, fines or imprisonment.
Revelation 12 continues: "They did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." This is about a love that is willing to die! We are no strangers to hatred that is willing to die. Suicide bombers have demonstrated it with sickening frequency. But Jesus has redeemed us and set us free to love as he loved us, to forgive and love our enemies. Love like this is from God and cannot be destroyed by physical, mental or spiritual suffering, no matter how severe the pain. Those who love Jesus are like a seal over his heart (Song of Songs 8:6) and cannot be separated from him. He gives them the strength to keep his command, "Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends:' (John 15:12-13)
The only permissible weapon in this spiritual war is a love that is prepared to die. No other love can strengthen, heal, encourage, sustain and comfort.
By nature none of us possess the qualities we need for this kind of battle. But his grace is sufficient for us, for his power is made perfect in weakness
(2 Corinthians 12:9). The needier we are, the more
wonderfully he will supply our need. If we rely on him for help, we will not be disappointed. WeWe
will say with Paul, "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: 'For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered: [Psalm 44:22] No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us" (Romans 8:35-37)• And, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"
(1 Corinthians 2:9).

How can we prepare
(see also STRONG IN THE TIME OF TESTING
by M. Basilea Schlink)
• Read God's Word every day. Store it not just in your memory but in your heart. Cultivate a deep love for the Bible. Apply it to your life now, so that it will be a source of strength in times of suffering or persecution.
• In difficult situations, rely on God's almighty power to help. Don't give in to worry, but trust in the Father's tender loving care. He will never give us more than we can take. As pressure increases, trust will become second nature to us, and God will be there to help.
• Learn to bear weakness, pain and illness in faith in the power of Jesus' blood – his strength will carry us through, even if greater tests come our way in the future.
• When life seems hard to understand, practice accepting God's will, consciously surrendering your own and saying, "Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are all your ways, and in the future your judgments will also be true and just" (see Revelation 16:7).
Get the right perspective. Focus on Jesus, the Man of Sorrows, who was acquainted with grief. He alone has won the battle with Satan and sin.
• Lead a life of prayer. Prayer will be our refuge when we feel lonely and forsaken. Jesus will draw close and heaven's glory will surround us.• Overcome your fear of giving offence. Learn to please the Lord. Seek love and affirmation from him, not from people.
• Bless those who hurt or wrong you. Show them God's love in thought, word and deed. This will put you on the right track for future dealings with those who seek to intimidate you. By looking on them with mercy, you will be at peace even in suffering.

This IS the work of God

In the charismatic "thing" 70s 80s 90s it's difficult to think back and remember what it is actually we were believing for. I mean it wasn't all wrong but it was a bit like believing for many outward things....buildings, "ministries"...whatever they were, praise and worship to spread, proliferation of churches (by which we meant warehouses/megaplexes/ HillSongs type things, believing for signs and wonders...still am,believing for people to get saved....and it seems so slow....
but the one thing we didn't really believe for, because it wasn't even a concept for us to believe for...not really anyway....I mean we intellectually had a fumble at it because it was the prayer of St Paul in Ephesians...but it didn't MEAN THAT MUCH.....yet these are the things the Holy Spirit who knows how to lead us into all Truth has rightly majored on....
The formation of the actual Christ in us. As I said...it wasn't really a concept and still isn't in your average charismatic church....BUT THIS IS PRECISELY WHY THE HOLY SPIRIT WAS SENT....to tell us all the things that we HAVE NOW IN THE HEAVENLIES...from which we can draw right now...and to OVERSHADOW US in more or less the same way that He overshadowed Mary. It is the same Jesus Christ that He is bringing to birth and manifestation in us who believe. This IS the work of God...,to believe ON the Son of God...,.to believe ON the work of the Son of God....,and what was that work? That He plunged the Old Adam into the grave and raised us in the likeness of Himself.
See, that's what is wrong with charismatic believing....,they extrapolate OUT from what they "see now" which is mostly outward stuff and try to screw up their faith to believe for MORE OF IT, for MORE BRICK BUILDINGS, believers like them, more electric guitar songs, MORE EVENTS....and ofcourse you can understand why this would be........
Just ONE PROBLEM WITH IT!!!
IT doesn't take any account of the fact that Jesus Christ Himself is installing HIMSELF in you....like a good version of an ALIENS MOVIE. Out of your belly shall flow rivers of Living Water....not just the experience type of waters of the downpayment in the baptism in the Holy Spirit....NO....this is pretty permanent FLOODTIDE. No charismatic anywhere thinks in terms of 3rd level churches of fully mature Jesus Christed individuals taking over the show in whole groups of interrelating families...blasting through neighbourhoods with Kingly and priestly anointing...with the conviction of Rees Howells, Norman Grubb, Basilea Schlink,Graham Pulkingham, Brother Andrew....in other words DEATH TO THE WHOLE SPECIAL CHRISTIAN SYNDROME that has dogged the church for 2000 years because nobody has actually taken the scriptures at face value and believed it all in.....and now you have scores of thirdlevellers exploding their way across earth...or as Daniel puts it....they shall shine as bright lights and run to and fro across the earth!!!!
To misquote MONTY PYTHON......."Nobody expects.... Jesus Christ in His people!!!!"

We are not preaching a fad doctrine. We are not preaching how to become a Christian, or how to ask for forgiveness of sins. We are not preaching how to be filled with the Spirit or how to speak the Word of Faith.
Now previously the BIG Bodies of Christians...the Catholics, the Episcopaleans, the Lutherans, and the smaller subsection non Conformists, as longstanding traditons of the Christian faith try to lay claim to the whole of Bible doctrine, but mostly if you enter their churches only small sections are actively preached, yet they wield an immense clout now after generations of existence. Catholics have this disarming guile to talk expansively about Desert fathers and ministries like Madame Guyon without batting an eyelid over their own track record of extermination of these self same servants when they were unlucky not to escape. The Desert fathers escaped to the wildernesses. No Catholic body ever announces shame, but instead insists on assuming all of church history into their bosom as if it were theirs. This would be similar to the Nazis, had they been successful, making a film about Colditz and profiting from the proceeds of the film.
What we are preaching is bigger than the doctrines of all these traditional groups put together for it is nothing less than unwinding the whole of history since Genesis 3.
Now the world is full of movements. The Jews mistakenly thought the early Christians who they called the Way were such a movement. Well if you can call Adam and Eve or Noah's family, or Abraham Isaac and Jacob a movement...or the 12 apostles a movement ...we just refer to it all as the same Way, the same story. Salvation yes...but it is THE HOW TO Guide for living on earth, there simply is no other way, no other revelation of God,no other name other than Jesus by which this whole thing works. SUBSECTIONS may work...but they always leave huge categories of cultures and people out, and they don't actually work as LIFE LIVED IN GOD, IN REAL TIME. This is what is offered in the gospel. It is unique and because it IS GOD HIMSELF and not some makebelieve He comes with His own Presence where His people genuinely gather in His Name. It's not a LOGO, or a heirarchy as is the pattern with all other types of christian church or non christian beliefs.....the Message of the WAY is such "folly" it makes this outlandish claim.
Where (any) two or three gather IN MY NAME there am I in their midst. Nothing about bishops and popes and priests who have spent a year or two learning about every single sin common to man for some confession booth...none of that.
God's foolishness is wiser than the wisdom of men.

Living out of Is-ness Dr Kay Fairchild and Chris Welch

The place where the Spirit Word Church dwells -  Chris Welch

Can you think in parallel? If you can only think in linear fourlegs good twolegs bad, you had best move on.
Many many Union folks (those having an active John 15 union belief and accompanying lifestyle) come from the evangelical position. And that right there is the problem. It's a position.
Psalm 85 is the heavens and the earth in a romantic ROMCOM. It's a DANCE. If you haven't learned to dance yet how are you going to do in the big ballroom of the Spirit Word Church?

Anyone think God has a sense of humour? Anyone ever think the verse "the last shall be first" is ripe open for God's last minute punchlines?

While the largely Holy Spirit-filled Pentecostals and Charismatics, Word-Faithers and Spirit Warfare commandos were pressing with their Candlestick in towards the Holy of Holies....a WEC Missionary Titan after 80 years of missions nips a gap on the nearside with clutches of Shewbread in all available pockets and SLAMDUNKS "Yes I am " right home in the Holiest Place from a relative evangelical NOWHERE POSITION to fool everybody.
QUICK RECAP.
Keswick early 1900s forked round the early Pentecostals and the Welsh revival and around a woman called Jessie Penn Lewis. Simultaneously branded Jezebel and extreme forerunner of thirdlevel truths...perhaps she was both??? A burned out Evan Roberts ended up at her house, and as heated people cry "was virtually never seen again in public ".
So Norman Grubb thought he'd like to meet her.
And this is what happened...................
Jessie was out to get Norman baptised in the Spirit .He wasn't.
But Jessie also carried a virus. A benign virus. Jesus Christ IN HER FORM as in Galatians 2:20. Norman had been trying to catch this virus fully ever since he and his wife made their Galatians 2:20 faith declaration one night in the Congo. After some hours in Jessie's presence Norman just knew that he knew that he knew who he was. And he began to share Christ in us and as us for the rest of his life in the best articulated faith and Word books on the bookshelves.
But the rest of the church forked. There have been two distinct houses worldwide. A Holy place people, one on oneside by the candlestick, the Spirit movement types and one spreading themselves all over the Table of Shewbread, the evangelicals. And just recently John Macarthur has been winding up his cannons last year in his Strange Fire Conference.

Many out of the Jesus move period and earlier like Maurice Smith and David Bilbrough were affected by Norman's earlier visits from the USA in the late 70s. I never met Norman but crashed literally into his stuff in 1988, and met some of those that are on Facebook here today.

But Union people are not good Dancers and Spirit people like dancers.
Real life relationship between God and man works through history like this.

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: "Only in returning to me and resting in me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength. But you would have none of it.

If our hearts are towards God we take His yoke upon us which is easy and the burden of it is light....and a bit like learning to ride a bike, we may wobble or even fall off, but we get back on.

Israel are "Master types" of all of flesh everywhere, and generally, left to our own devices humans do the Proverbs 1 Crash and burn style of panic relationship.

But even if we were in relationship, unlike Adam and unlike Jesus, we are not working from clean slates. Unless we accept the "clean slate."    Jesus went into the ground as a clean slate in order to share the Last Adam...the Son of Man....the version 2,0 software with us.

But even in a Holy Spirit environment, Psalm 85 is still a first half and a second half dance...NOT ONCE, for as we saw in King David's life..it was several times and taking several forms.

The Spirit and the Word is very clearly separated in the Holy place.
A very definite isolated candlestick and a very definite object called a Table with shewbread on it. Why?
Why evangelicalism on one side and Spirit on the other, and neither really yet Spirit Word as prophesied by Smith Wigglesworth in 1947 on the subject of the great last Move of God.

That's the subject of this post.by the way.
In physics you can tell the speed of an electron particle and you can tell its position. But not at the same time. (My parents were physics teachers who taught Kofi Annan...or tried to. Funnily enough though the breakfast conversation was normal....like "pass the Cornflakes".)

In the Spirit you can DANCE and you can LIVE...but not both in an effective way....UNTIL

UNTIL

You know Galatians 2:20 as consciousness and the third heavens as experience.

The Son of Man....
NOT a hyped up man
Not a Rothschild re engineered cloned and cybernetically armed man
not a self-improved walking on burning coals man
not a New Age Ascended master advised and possessed Man

No the Son of Man "comes down from heaven by faith"
My life which since the death of Christ has been on hold...until I realised
that REALLY TRULY IT WAS HIDDEN WITH CHRIST TUCKED INSIDE GOD.....
manifests now
As the Son of Man upon whom the angels of God ascend and descend.

The precursor has been "when two or three gather in My Name there am I in your midst."
Two thousand years of practicing , praying, rehearsing
THY KINGDOM COME.....leads to the manifestation in real time.

The REAL FIRST MANIFESTATION OF A SON OF GOD....as Daniel Yordy truly writes is not
Jesus in a manger...although this is a blueprint
It isn't feeding 4000 and 5000 men (as well as their families) with bread and fish....although it is a blueprint
no....it was the WALK towards Golgotha in weakness while a mimetic (ref Rene Girard) mankind pour all their disgust on an innocent God....and the God....actually unlike the devil's hasty caricature as THOR....doesn't respond

AT ALL

BUT DIES.

And I don't see the church going much of a different direction.
According to the martyrs listed in Revelation.
In the Spirit...it's merely a change of location and not the grossly hyped up macabre thing the devil makes it....

But what it is doing ofcourse is stopping Jesus Christ live His life properly through awakened believers who have fully matured into Holiest Place living...where the pots and pans even cry out Holy is the Lord.

A "position" is measurable. A "dance" is lived in real time and is difficult to pinpoint. Think of an aeroplane circling an airport, the circles becoming more and more precise until this Spirit Word Plane comes into finally land.

Stinky Fingers in Uganda and other places

The issue in North Uganda is similar to the UK in reverse. UK have made Anglicanism the Law when it comes to territory. I think most if not all the shops in Chichester lease their land or pay overheads in some way to the Cathedral.
North Uganda seem to want to enshrine the Muslim faith into their Law. Even in the southern Iganga region the church headed up by Kisa Emmanuel have to find £468 pounds or 2 million Ugandan shillings for some infringement or other that would be no infringement at all in a Christian country. Even the most ludicrous European countries like Germany and Italy and others where all inhabitants of certain regions are forced to pay taxes to the church whether believers or not, would never goes as far as Muslims in forcing people to believe in Christ. Everyone in Europe is possibly TOO inured to preaching to understand it as something with no freedom to choose. In actual fact the command goes out in the Spirit to ALL MEN to repent, as no other religion ever claimed that God Himself came to redeem by dying and resurrecting 3 days later. No other religion dare be as stupid. And only the power of God sustains real believers in the face of almost total media agnosticism if not atheism. But that's the point. The command to repent must be heard on our insides. Me standing over you extorting money out of you should not be necessary if God is real. So for me there are several political voices.
Atheism. Fake churches that extort, but are positioned by Law. Other faiths like Islam that do the same. None of this is the rule of Law. Neither to enforce atheism.
To command payment from Chichester traders. To extort taxes out of Germans, nor to arrest and imprison leaders of Christ 38 times for preaching or leading a church as in Iganga , Uganda
Everyone naively thinks there is no devil and that humans naturally do all these stupid things. Well, what I say is....you just try to change Germany overnight, Chichester Cathedral, or Muslims in Uganda, and try to tell me that all this is just human and political. It's all got exactly the same STINKY FINGERS behind all of it. And it has nothing whatsoever to do with Freedom and Jesus Christ.

The Tongue and the Word VI - Morris Cerullo

The final Chapter of "Strategies of Jesus: How to defeat Satan" and the Final messages in the series the Battle of the Tongue.

CONFRONT SATAN.
SPEAK THE WORD,
AND DRIVE HIM OUT.
Like a mighty warrior in battle, Jesus faced Satan wielding an all-powerful, indestructible weapon—the written Word of God. The written Word came forth from His mouth. It was sharp, piercing, and penetrating.
In the wilderness, Satan came to Jesus three times, tempting Him to sin. All three times, Jesus spoke the written Word of God. He said: ... it is written ... (Luke 4:4,8,10). He used the power of the written Word to overcome temptation and drive Satan out. He commanded Satan to leave: ... Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written ... (Matthew 4:10).
Jesus knew that God and His Word are inseparable. He knew that God's Word was eternal, unchangeable, infallible, and impregnable. He knew that God's Word was alive and that ... no word from God shall be without power or impossible impossible off fulfilment (Luke 1:37, AMP . Jesus knew when He spoke it forth that the power of the Word would drive Satan out.
Satan had to obey. He could not withstand the power of God's Word. After his third attempt, Satan retreated in defeat. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from your (James 1:17).
During this encounter between Satan and Jesus, Jesus used the written Word as a weapon against Satan, but one of Satan's strategies against Jesus was also to use the written Word. And no marvel for
Satan himself is transformer into an angel of light (II Corinthians11:14). He quoted a verse from the Psalms. He said: For he shall
STRATEGIES OF JESUS: HOW TO DEFEAT SATAN
his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone (Psalms 91:11-12; See also Matthew 4:6, AMP).
This wits and is one of Satan's most subtle and deceptive weapons against Christians today. Do not underestimate your enemy. Satan knows the Word. He also knows the power of the written Word. He knows that the written Word is all-powerful and that he cannot stand against it. 'This is the why the Lord warns us: BELOVED, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they be of God ... (I John 4:1).
Satan will try to use the Word to deceive you. He will twist and pervert it, until you cannot comprehend the pure Word of God. He used this strategy against Eve in the garden of Eden. He made her doubt what God had said. He made her forget God's commandment.
NOW the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Genesis 3:1
God had actually told Adam what His commandment was for them: And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat.- But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it. for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Genesis 2:16-17
Satan tried to use the same strategy with Jesus that he had used with Eve. He used the Word, in an attempt to get Jesus to tempt God and sin against Him. He challenged Jesus' claim that He was the Son of God. In essence, he told Jesus, if you really are God's Son, then prove it. Throw yourself off this building. The angels will catch you. He then quoted a scripture to try to make it believable. He quoted Psalms 91:11-12.
Satan used the Word to try to get Jesus to put God to the test, but it didn't work because Jesus knew the written Word. He had a balance. He didn't hesitate. He didn't entertain the words that Satan
had spoken to Him. Jesus countered Satan with more of the Word. Ye shall not tempt the LORD your God ... (Deuteronomy 6:16).
BEWARE OF THOSE
WHO DISTORT' GOD'S WORD.
Satan twisted and used the written Word against Jesus. He will try to twist it to use against you also. He will try to distort the Word, until you are confused and don't know what to think. He will try to get you to doubt whether or not God means what He said.
When you need healing, he will try to cause you to doubt the Word. He will whisper in your car: Does God's Word really say, by His stripes you are healed? That doesn't really mean that He will heal your body. You don't have enough.faith. He wants you to suffer for Him.
When Satan tries this strategy on you, you must be so full of the written Word that you will respond immediately by speaking the Word right back at him. The point that I want you to see in this lesson is that unless you have the written Word in your heart, you are going to be shaken. You will not be able to stand during the final shaking that God is sending upon the earth, unless His Word is hidden in your heart.
Matthew 24:11 tells us that in the days before Jesus returns to the earth, there will be many false prophets, who will deceive many. Today, there is a danger in the Church of people who are handling the Word of God deceitfully. They are taking the Word out of context and distorting it to fit their own philosophy and agenda. One minister might tell you that the Word of God says one thing, while another minister might tell you that the same scripture means something completely different.
There are all kinds of doctrines floating around today that are based upon one or two verses in the Bible that are taken out of context. Beware of them! Remember that the Word of God is infallible and incapable of deceiving or misleading. Every word of God is pure ... Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar (Proverbs 30:5). Satan, working through humans, will
try to deceive you and lead you astray from the pure undefiled Word of God.Peter warned the believers in the Early Church to be on guard so that they would not be carried away by the error of  those who were distorting the scriptures..............

And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. But grow in grace, and in the knowledge Of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
II Peter 3:15-18
'the only way that you will know if the words you are hearing are the pure, true, and unadulterated Word of God is for you to get the written Word of God fixed in your heart and mind. There can be no substitutes. There are many good books to read today, many teaching tapes and Bible helps, but you must not allow those to take the place of God's Word. The Word must be first.
GOD'S WORD IS OUR MANNA.
By speaking the written Word, Jesus defeated Satan in the wilderness. The Word that came from His mouth was like a powerful weapon. It was aimed directly at the enemy. You must use this strategy when you face Satan and the trials, tests, and problems that he may bring into your life.
You must learn how to live in and abide by the Word of God before you will be able to speak the Word and drive Satan out. After fasting for forty days and nights, Jesus was hungry. His body had exhausted its resources. It was at this point of physical strain that
.Jesus immediately responded by speaking the Word back to Satan
... It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). He was speaking the Word from Deuteronomy 8:3. In this verse, Moses reminded the children of Israel that God had provided for them during the many years that they had wandered in the wilderness.
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.
Deuteronomy 8:3
The Israelites had wandered in the wilderness for forty years. God provided a daily supply of manna for them. It was their only source of food. Each day, God would rain down enough manna from heaven4 to strengthen them for one day. They had to depend on God daily for their needs for that one day. Every day, they would go out, gather the manna, and eat it.
God did this to teach the Israelites to rely upon Him and depend upon Him to sustain them daily. He wanted them to recognize Him l'or being their only Source of strength. He wanted them to live by and be guided by the words that He had given to them.
The manna was a type of Jesus, the living Word, Whom the Father would send from heaven. Jesus reflected this when He told the Jews:
Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead  Th.is
is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may
eat thereof, and not die. As the living Father hath sent me, and I
live by the Father: so he that eateth me [who takes Me tier his
food and nourishment], even he shall live by [because of me]
John 6:49-50,57

Jesus, the living Word, is our only Source of strength. He is alive within us. It was necessary for the Israelites to gather manna every day, and we, too must daily draw our strength and nourishment from Him. We must come to the realization that we cannot go one day, hour, or moment without Him.
Jesus said that man does not live by bread alone but by every Word  proceeds from the mouth of God. Every day of our life, we trust feed ourselves with the written Word of God until we are hill. It must fill us to the point that our heart and mind have been saturated with it.
The living Word lives within us continually, and the written Word must also live within us continually. It is not enough to read a chapter or two each day or even to memorize a few scriptures. We must discipline ourselves to make getting the Word into our spirit a top priority.
Our natural body craves food and must have it to survive. Our spiritual body must also have food—the written and living Word of God—to survive! We must search the Word to see if the words that we are hearing or reading are actually true. We must meditate on the Word morning, noon, and night. We must search the Word to discover the promises that belong to us. We must depend upon the written Word to direct us every day as to what we are to say, think, and do.

It is through the written Word that Christ reveals Himself to us. It is the written Word that liberates us from every bondage of the enemy. Then said Jesus to those, Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:31-32).
It is the written Word that sanctifies, consecrates, and sets us apart from the world. Jesus said: Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth (John 17:17). It is the written Word that gives us life. Jesus said: ... the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63).
It is through the written Word that we have access to the promises of God and can be made partakers of His divine nature:
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust
II Peter 1:3-4
It is through the written Word that our thoughts and true intentions of our heart are exposed:
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and  of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12
It is through the written Word that we are authorized to act on Christ's behalf and in His power ;and authority of His Name. We have been given the legal right to use His Name to confront Satan, take authority over all of his works, and drive  him out, but unless we have  the written Word of God within us we wi11 not be able to speak the Word in power, as Jesus did.
If we fail to speak the Word, then that powerful Force will not be released into our circunistaticcs, our life, or the lives of our loved ones. One of the reasons that there are people going around confessing and claiming the Word but not experiencing results is that the written Word is not in them. They are not living in and by the Word of God.

GOD HAS ANOINTED YOU
TO SPEAK THE WORD.
This month, God has begun to lift the veil from your eyes. He has given you a revelation of the tremendous power of His Word. He has shown you what it is, what it is for, and how to use it against the enemy in order to drive him out of your circumstances. Faith is a fact, but faith is also an act!
YOU must begin to speak the Word, in Jesus' Name. Jesus was called, commissioned, anointed by the Spirit,  and sent forth in the Name of the Father to seek and to save that which was lost, to be the propitiation for our sins, to destroy the works of the devil, to heal the sick, to raise the dead, and to cast out devils.
Jesus confronted Satan everywhere He encountered his works. Jesus took authority over Satan by speaking the Word. You must confront Satan everywhere you find people bound by his power. Take authority over him by speaking the Word. Jesus did not speak His own Word or speak in His own authority. He spoke the Word that the Father gave Him to speak in each moment and spoke it in the power and authority of the Father's Name.
You must not speak your own words or try to command the devil in your own power and authority. You must speak the words that God gives you to speak. Once you begin to live by the written Word of God, and God's Word is living in you, then He will bring to your mind the Rhema Word for you to speak.
When Jesus sent the disciples on their first evangelistic campaign, He taught them to depend upon the Spirit to speak through them. He told them: For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father 'who speaketh in you (Matthew 10:20). When you speak the Word that God has as anointed you to speak, it will not be you speaking; it will be Christ speaking through you.
When Jesus spoke the Word, He knew that all of heaven was backing up that Word. He knew that God's Word was all-powerful and would cones to pass. There was no doubt or wavering when He spoke it. Rcgardless of who you are or how insignificant you may feel, when you come into a spiritual union with Christ (the living Word is in you, and you are in Him), you will be able to speak the Word with power. You will not doubt or waver because when you face Satan, you will know that the living Word is speaking through you. Satan must obey the living Word.
SPEAK THE, WORD ONLY.
One of the greatest illustrations of the power of speaking the Word is the account of the Roman centurion's servant's healing. In Capernaum a centurion soldier came to Jesus on behalf of his servant, who was paralyzed and suffering intense pain. When Jesus heard that the man's servant was sick, He was moved with compassion and
said...........I will come and heal him (Matthew 8:7).
Being a man of authority, the centurion recognized that Jesus was someone Who had authority and power over sicknesses. He saw Jesus for Who He really is—the all-powerful Son of the living God. He said:
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
Matthew 8:8-9
In essence, the centurion was saying, You don't have to come to my house in person. You arc a man of authority. You have been sent here by God. He has given You power and authority over sickness. I Use Your authority, say the Word, and my servant shall be healed.
Jesus was amazed when He saw the man's faith. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel (Matthew 8:10). And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it unto thee. And his servant was healed the selfsame hour (Matthew 8:13).

Jesus was a man Who was under authority (the Father) and a man of authority (given to Him by the Father). He did not come to earth to destroy the works of the devil with His own power and authority. He was called, commissioned, sent, and anointed by God to do the works in the power and authority of the Father by the

Holy Spirit. All of His words and actions were according to what His Father had commander and instructed Him to say and do. Because
He was to be a man of authority, Jesus was given power and authority over Satan and all of the powers and principalities of darkness through the power of the Holy Spirit. When He spoke, Satan and his (lemons had to leave. When He spoke, every form of sickness and pain had to leave. When He spoke, d4c forces of nature had to obey His Word.
Because you are a man or woman of God, and because you are under God's authority, you are also a man or woman of authority. You have been called, commissioned, anointed, and sent forth by Christ. You have not been sent forth to take authority over Satan in your own power and authority.
The works that you do must be done according to what He has instructed and commanded you to do. You will not be the one doing the works of God. It will be Christ, the living Word, doing the works through you. You have been given power and authority—through the Holy Spirit—over all of the power of Satan. When you speak, Satan and his demons must obey. When you speak healing, in the Name of Jesus, sickness and pain must leave.
There are people all around you who are crying out.
Speak the Word only, and I shall be healed.
Speak the Word only, and I will be delivered from alcohol and drug addiction.
Speak the Word only, and my marriage will be restored.
Speak the Word only, and my unsaved relatives will ask Jesus to be their Lord and Savior. Speak the Word only, and my finances will be increased.
By the Spirit of the living God, I say to you that it is time for you to rise up. Exercise your right to use the power that God has given to His children. Act like who you really are, a child of the most high God. Begin to speak the Word with authority The world is waiting to see the manifestation of the children of God going forth in the power and anointing of Almighty God. Begin to see yourself as a child of God, under Christ's authority. See yourself the way God has planned and purposed for you to be.
The Father has sent forth His Son into the world. He has planted the incorruptible seed of His Son within you. He has planned and purpose to conform you into I lie exact image of His Son. Rise up in the Spirit. Rise up in faith. Take possession of what belongs to You. Redeem the time. Lay aside everything that would distract you. Speak the Word with power Feely you have received; freely give.
Rise up. Do not hesitate. The time has come. God has placed the living Word within you. He has placed the written Word in your heart and in your mouth. Let it come forth like a mighty healing stream. Let the words come forth from your mouth, destroying the strongholds of the enemy. Let the words in your mouth become life to those who are crying out and to those who have no hope.
Rise up. Be the mighty warrior that God has called you to be. Be prepared and ready to face the enemy. Take possession of the land. By His Spirit, God is moving, upon you now. By faith, reach out
to Him, and receive a position strengthening in your spirit. Receive a new revelation of your position of a child of God. Receive a revelation about the power you have been given and how you will be able to conquer Satan by speaking God's Word.
Some of you may not feel that you are ready to walk in this new dimension of God's power. By faith, just receive these truths that have been shared with you. Say to God, as Mary did, Be it unto me according to Thy Word. When you go forth, speaking the Word, you cannot and will not be defeated.
Say out loud: I am a part of God's end-time plan. God has not planned for me to be defeated. He has placed His Word within me. His Word is in my mouth and in my heart. I will confront Satan and destroy his strongholds when I speak forth God's Word. This is my year for new beginnings.

MY WIFE JUST GOT BACK FROM SEEING HER NEW CANCER DOCTOR. Remember gang that she had cancer all through out her breast, 18 out of 19 limp nodes, all down her spine and her hips a little over 5 yrs ago. When he reviewing her charts and look at her. He said that he wanted to go rebuke his staff for mixing up her charts, because they could not be right. He told my wife that she should not even be here, but dead. He even made the statement that she should be the poster girl for recovery for cancer. that was 5 years ago. One night about 11pm I was on my computer watch a video that I made of her to say good by, because after 8 weeks of cursing the demon. I gave up. I was crying and I thought i had lost the battle. Then I heard God say audio to me. "Art, stop your crying and get up and start fighting." I said out loud "Father, give me a break. My wife is dying." He said "remember what you told Keith." I Keith had come to me about six months earlier crying and said my wife is having a affair. I said, "Do you want her back?" He said "Yes" and I said "Then stop your cry baby tears and let’s go to war. I was mad. Let's drive that foul spirit of divorce into hell." He looked at me in shock. We then went at it. Now, God is telling me the same thing and using my own words. WOW. I said “father. I got no strength.” He then said “Open your mouth and I will fill it.” I jumped up and started screaming out Loud. “Karen, I just heard from God and he did not tell me that I would win, but he said Get up and fight. My wife game running down the hall way, and said “ Art I have never seen your lose a fight spiritually or physically”. ( we will be married 50 yrs this January 2014.) Then she said “ I am in this fight with a strong voice and added I will be happy if I live ten days or millions of days on this earth:" Gang. That aggressive cancer stopped in it tracks. Her cancer makers dropped from a high 40 to under 20 ( which is normal for everyone) And now they can not even find a trace of it her spine or hips. She got 20 yrs younger looking too. Total body make over from Jesus. Another thing when they cut out her breast but could not get any clear margins and 18 limp nodes she did not have to take a pain pill or aspirin for pain. Is that not a miracle itself? You would have thought I would have picked up the hint, that God was in this thing. So you can see what joy there in my house today. Thanking God. It is too late to tell me that God does not do miracles champions. So one last thing do not quit when you pray and you see nothing happen or it gets worse. Just keep in the fight. Remember also champions that not everyone I pray for gets this kind of healing but many do because it is the father will in Jesus name. YEAH JESUS…lo
This is what drove me into the streets praying for everyone I could, because i was mad that that demon came and attacked my family. I made a commitment that I would pray for a 1000 people that year and drive the spirit if infirmity back into hell.
