The Laughter of flesh becomes the Laughter of fulfilment

Generally the flesh response is to laugh. I speak of God's Word. It's a mixed laugh. Sometimes scorn. Sometimes a tinged sadness.....well it would be nice but like a fairy tale....don't be ridiculous....the stuff of dreams. In fact mostly, believers are greeted with "You dreamer.". or "too heavenly minded to be any earthly good".
God's original Plan was through Isaac. Which means laughter. Because the mother laughed. But Isaac was in fact born to parents as good as dead. So the laughter materialised and became an eternal laughter of a different sort. This is the line through whom the whole earth is blessed. But the Isaac pattern is important. It is a blueprint. Even to Jews themselves.The plan of God is not after the flesh. Muslims have no direct claim. Jews have no direct claim. Jesus was born direct of God the Father. The only begotten Son of God. And for Jews, Muslims and Gentiles it is the same. We become the Only begotten Son of God by faith. None have direct claim after the flesh. Every mouth is stopped. But God's LIGHT...God's intention is to INCARNATE not just in ONE....but in many sons...here on earth...THIS SIDE of HIS RETURN. And like all of God's Words it is met with laughter. You couldn't do that God. The Americans return to their bus stop waiting for their superman Jesus.
The South Africans apart from Rob Rufus think Ern Baxter was nuts as he brought God's Word about the church going into the land. There is no vision of the church in South Africa...not among ,my friends on Facebook. Not a supernatural church of Galatians 2:20 believers having Christ consciousness like the apostles in Acts 2. They just laugh. It's too fantastic a thing for them. Yet this is God's Word. This is His Light. Unless caught up in the Spirit, UK Anglicans and Catholics haven't a clue about these things. Tomorrow they will be meeting, but this will be the last thing on their minds, caught up in buildings and priest and vicar worship, instead of relating as congregations in the Spirit of God.
But flesh has never stopped the relentless manifestation of God's Word . Always our resonse is like Psalm 126...When the Lord restored the fortunes of our particular Zion...we were like those who dream. Our mouths were filled with laughter and our tongues with shouts of joy. In 1966 the Lausanne World Council of Churches went as far as to say that by 1990 they envisioned the death of the Christian faith.
God just laughs, and throughout the late 60s and early 70s thousands upon thousands of Christians were inundated with the power of the Holy Spirit and new churches formed in towns all over the world. Nothing man says can stop the determined Word of the Lord bringing forth a mature version of His Incarnate life in the Earth. THIS WAS THE LIGHT that God spoke into being when He said "Let there be LIGHT."
